In the spring of each year, Emmanuel Reformed Baptist Church is host to a retreat for couples. The retreat is open to all couples who wish to come and be instructed and encouraged in their marriages by what the Bible has to say concerning the blessings and responsibilities of the husband and wife relationship.
The retreat is also a wonderful opportunity to spend time alone together as well as to enjoy fellowship with other couples.
This year’s retreat has already taken place. It was held Friday and Saturday April 30th and May 1st and was once again in the beautiful little Bavarian village of Leavenworth, WA.
We listened to three recorded messages in a series entitled “Marriage Fidelity”. The speaker wasPastor Mark Chanski of the Reformed Baptist Church of Holland, Michigan.
We met at the First Baptist Church of Leavenworth located right across the street from the main downtown area. The address is 429 Evans St Leavenworth, WA 98826.
